Leonidas in 300 had this
According to some historical sources Hannibal Barka carried 2 Falcatas around his waist and used them in battle even if he was from Carthage and not the Iberian Peninsula.
I love listening to these videos for more obscure mythological facts!
Apologies if this is a silly question, but is there a unicorn-like creature in Lusitanian or Portuguese mythology?
Must have worked well. Rome took over and then the Arabs. Pre roman weapon.
The Falcata!!!!!.
I'm waiting for The Legendary Weapon Magic wand
The Romans had to double the thickness of their shields because of the Falcata.
