(#personalfinance , #passiveincome #dividendinvesting)
In this video, I reveal what stocks and other investments I personally have in my own investment portfolio. At 24 years old, I have built a passive income portfolio that consists of both stocks and real estate. Through building this portfolio, I have learned a ton about investing in stocks, real estate investing, and how to build passive income streams.

Those PEs hurt my soul
You must love Bill Ackman
What are your annual returns
May as well just put all of your capital into Burkshire with these investments. All giant great businesses and most of them are in Birkshire, so not sure what the point of owning Burkshire and these individual stocks is. They're all great investments, but they're generally investments for either completely passive investors who invest in the S&P500 or Burkshire, or incredibly rich investors with too much capital to put into smaller businesses with more growth potential, so they're limited to investing into large business. Overall safe and good investments, but they're all kind of redundant to own shares individually when Birkshire is also in the portfolio.
Very well researched video. That is how they are investing now that they have billions to invest. The returns will be good but not excellent. I don’t think Warren Buffett was buying those kinds of stocks when he was 24 years old.
That's awesome I actually live in Nashville
I think your statement of 'it couldn't get simpler than a coffee shop as a business model' is a massive understatement.. Try running a successful cafe and then come back and say it was a simple business model.. 10 percent profit if youre and amazing operator, most go bust… 60 percent in the first 2 years.. How is that a simple business model?? The reason Starbucks is so successful is because people love sugary drinks.. Like coke but with a kick.. Also Starbucks charges a premium price for a completely crap product that costs them very little to purchase, that and the fact that Starbucks put all lease worries, marketing costs, product costs on the franchisee.
Great video by the way, great execution and insights.
Sounds like she almost knows what she's doing.
Interesting on Starbucks. Did you know most of the Starbucks in the UK are franchised?
what platform to you buy your shares on ?
I like this channel. I'm learning a lot
Hi. I also work as a financial analyst far away from NYC although I graduated college from a school in Long Island. Where can I buy a 2 unit for $450,000? I would love to move back, but I fear the cost of living in the NYC area. Richard
defintely planning on joining patron … so far every video has been a 10/10 and would love to learn from you … keep it up
7:58 but starbucks' equity is negative, all it's assets are lower than liabilities. is this something to worry about? i've been interested in sbux but have been worried about the negative book value
Thank you for shareing your journey
Great video. Just found you. Love your content. Since this video was from 10/2021 and its now 5/7/2022 what are you doing currently ? Have you added new companies? Are you holding? Are you adding to existing holdings? Thanks for all you do.
You are doing way better than most people, even better than most people when they were 24 years old.
I love you(r video)
Daddy gave you 300k to invest?!?
Thank you for sharing your portfolio. I really liked this video. I think you should share that Berkshire has large stake in Chevron (1% of its portfolio). I respect Berkshire for the most part, but, to be honest, Chevron is an indefensible investment.
You are smart and have a great channel. Stay with it. Maybe you would get more subscribers if you were on camera part of the time. I think the quality of your presentation is second to none.
you say you owned Berkshire for some years. Even a few years back Berkshire stock was priced at $400,000/ How come you owned SHARES of Berkshire when it is so pricey and i remember you mentioing that you were a student some years back?
At what price did you buy the BRK stock? I’m very surprised your portfolio is only at 300K if it has Berkshire in it
But did you outperform the US market overall?
An an European I don't recognize the same value in American companies as Americans and I invest more in European companies. For example I don't know if Starbucks can have the same success in Europe as it has in America, but who knows. Same goes for Apple. To be honest I think their products are way too expensive. But of course America is the largest market in the world and it is a big thing to have dominance there.
I am not familiar with #6 but you paid too much when you bought Costco around the same time that Buffett sold out of it and are only lucky that it has continued to go up from there. That's the only mistake I see (not that you've asked everyone to point out errors).
Do you own a partial share of Berkshire?
Impressive, well spoken.. Will definitely follow!
good job on spotting MAA!!! awesome find
This channel is too good!
Great content. Thank you!
You lost me at Berkshire
Bravo
Awesome video! Thanks for sharing and best luck for the future. Not sure if your "retirement account" is a 401k or IRA but if it's an IRA, wouldn't it potentially be better to use your IRA for purchasing stocks and your brokerage account for the index funds? If you are more likely to sell individual stocks compared to your index funds, the IRA would benefit since you do not have to pay capital gains in an IRA. Thanks!
Thank you for not selling high priced courses. 🤣
If your rent covers your mortgage payment, then you are far from living for free. On average, a home costs 1.8x the cost of monthly mortgage payment
so your investment portfolio is 150k stocks/index funds and 150k real estate, right?
Keep up the great work
It's a really so informative video and I am very impressed with it.
Hello guys 👋, so sorry for the random approach but you all seem to be an ambitious individual which gives me the idea to know if you're open minded to look a new way of generating an income, it may or may not be a fit for you but if I send you some info would you check it out 🙂
Very inspirational video, thank you
You seem like a very good investor. You have some really good stocks. I'm especially impressed with your knowledge of apartment buildings and where you should buy them. Have you considered buying into good Syndicators over REITS where you can get better returns along with real tax advantages.
You have done very well and know your stuff .
When you invest, you're buying a day you don't have to work
What do you think of Tesla stock? I will not unsubscribe no matter what you say! Please be honest short and long term, thank you 🙂🙂
Great video!
Nice content! Trading used to be a bit hard, especially with lots of fake experts and scammers, making profits on crypto coins or the forex market was almost impossible for me until I met the guru trader, Ms. Cathelyn and her skill is exceptional.
solid companies
This isn't YOUR investing checklist, this is copied and pasted directly from literally any book written about Warren Buffett!
