The worst part is that even if such a creator is unbanned, nothing prevents the bot from banning them again the next day or the same day for the exact same "reason" as before.
I'm just glad that YouTube, doesn't ban them the way it did in the early days. You get banned, so we remove ALL your videos from your channel. And if a month goes by without an unban, we'll permanently delete your account to free up the nickname for someone else. So, even if you got your account back before that month, you had to reupload all your videos from scratch.
What's worse is that YouTube's AI bans with exactly the same level of care as it did in the early days, when reports were handled by someone falsely accusing you of violating their copyright and you were immediately banned.
Edit: I see the bot has gotten his act together and no longer thinks I'm violating the community hate speech guidelines for saying "YouTube."
We'll see how long this lasts.
