Yes you do, a life of repentance is what Jesus preached about with the parable of the tax collector and Pharisee. Lord have mercy on me a sinner, he’s the one who left the temple redeemed.

It’s the sanctification process, that is, if we’re genuinely seeking Him.

Christ is the mirror we look at. We will be tried as we peer in, this is why many struggle to remain holding that mirror up in front of themselves. Myself included, btw…
It’s not an easy deal or walk.
Following Christ is a reorientation of the heart and mind in which He’s seperating soul from spirit trying the reins of the mind…
Crushing and killing off the lusts of the flesh…
And, we all live in the flesh and have let it have its way without knowing it for the most part.
But, when we understand the battle between flesh and spirit and surrender it to Gods Ways and are
“Learning” the difference between flesh and spirit, there will be confusion conflicts especially as we’re learning.
“Bi-polar Christianity” until the daystar arises in the heart.
The battle will be there as long as we’re in the tent of the flesh, taming it in Christ living is spirit is the learning, it’s sanctification and we will and do need to repent 💯 along the road if we’re genuine.

A repentful heart is a humble being.
Pretty sure we should exist in constant repentance, unless we can walk through this world without passing any judgement.. or a lustful thought..or without random jealousy or envy…or a hit of greed.

Constant communion with a repentful heart is where it's at.

Repentance after salvation is part of sanctification. Daily repentance cleans the heart, clears the conscience, and keeps intimacy with God strong. It cultivates humility, guards spiritual discernment, and deepens true joy as we walk closely with Him. Daily repentance is not about fear or losing salvation. its about staying close, clear, and aligned with God. Scripture shows it produces very real fruit in the life of a believer!
Whoever conceals his transgressions will not prosper,
but he who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.~Proverbs 28:13
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.

We should still repent even after being saved. For me when I was saved Jesus set me free from sins that I was a slave to. I have not fallen back into those sins. However the one sin that I know I fall short in is this “a new commandment I give you to love one another, by this will all men know you are my disciples if you have love for one another.” This is the hardest commandment to keep and we can only keep it if we are abiding in Christ because then HIS fruit is produced through us is Love his Peace. As we abide in him he does his work through us.
God should repent, you’re defending a wicked Chester demon that’s obsessed with humbling you. This message isn’t for me and I don’t need to hear this because I cry regularly and try to repent as I did yesterday. You telling me this is wicked. The thing is repentance should only be for sincerity, rather than a necessary to be saved, because we only saved by Grace, and though the believe in Christ. There is however still spiritual warfare being waged by Satan, so only do so to close doors to Satan and to walk closer to God. Spiritual consequences are still a thing.
I have SO MUCH to learn yet about Jesus, and his teaching!!! ❤❤

GM Briana! I’m new to the channel, and I like your content. As your brother in CHRIST, I do have to speak on this topic and advise that is not correct doctrine . While we sin daily , we are saved by faith through grace , as our own righteousness is as filthy rags. We should repent daily , as we sin daily. While we don’t sin purposely , we do miss the mark. We should live a lifestyle of quickly repentance, especially when we miss the mark.

The Apóstol Paul says that we die daily. Continuing to Repent of our old habits and sins that crop back up at times and are renewed daily .
