Why even get married in a day and time like this?! My uncle who is already deceased once told me that he went through hell with all of his marriages. He was married with children three times. His advice was to just go get what you need when you need it and just move on. Lol.
Rewiring the neural networking in the brain, cerebral plasticity, requires a proactive shift in focus AND behavior that over time will create the new pathways, neural networks, to facilitate and solidify mannerisms free of self sabotage and liberate the individual rom old self destructive behavioral habits. Furthering, accepting the subconscious as the fulcrum of many undesirable traits is also solid advice for it is only through acceptance of the state of things that we can arrive at a realistic condition to alter them for the better. There are a lot of strategies to make tongue-wetting profit that the average joes don't know. . Personally, the financial-market for me seems the only way forward with my long time horizon (accrued roughly $457k in gains since Mid 2021 ) but if you don’t have that fortune of time it’s a tough market out there almost nowhere feels safe!

I went to the same seminar with the chocolate chip cookie and I actually didn’t mind them. He talked to me about reverse repos and this was in about 2017 or 2018. I did go to the follow up but I did not sign up with them. I have been to two others and have not signed up. But I will need to know certain things if I inherit money in IRA’s and tax prep for retirement. I do it on my own right now but know that I don’t know everything.

Hi Robert Kim, and John, and JW Wilson, I am a 8th grade drop out, my parents own 160 acres it needed me and my other 11 brothers and sister to run the farm. School was not on my parents high list to have their children go to school so we did not have much schooling.
I had zero degrees never finish none of the school. Yet I paid my house off I did what Robert did without even realizing it. I did not take any courses. I did not know about them and about

I was open minded had no schooling ingrain in me so I just did the work it made me better off than lot of folks because I was willing to adjust my life. That about it. I have more than enough I retired at 57 years of age stop working other than having fun which some times that can be work, But the thing is to be willing to change. I love your videos thank you both and you and John and you JW Wilson great stuff.

Yes, financial literacy is key, the more you learn the more you'll earn.
If I played the lottery and ended up winning big, I know the first thing I would do is make sure my mom's house is paid off and then I wouldn't make a monthly payments on my insurances, I would begin paying the six month premium at each renewal like other people do. The hardest part would be the fear of sitting on so much cash and knowing the buying power does down because of the government so I would surely get more metals but still sit on an emergency supply of cash
Here is my observation on some rich people. They are basically so insecure, they desperate to show that they are different to others. Like my ex-boss (a wannabe), he is hard wired that if you are not highly educated, you are not worthy. If you don't have a well paid job, you are not worth his time. Every time when he talked who he did social with, always mentioned their job titles, even nothing to do with the story. One day, he decided to buy a boat costed $600k for the lifestyle he dreamed for and I advised him not to. At the end, the upkeep really burnt a hole to his wallet and he had to sell it for less than $300k and only used it for 2 yrs.
I have great friends that are not well off, quitted school at 16 and I social a lot with them. They are down to earth, learn a lot from them and I lookup to them a lot. I never ask for anything but the perks these kind people passed on to me (even they know I'm relatively better off than them) made me truly humble.
BTW, another advise to those broke rich people, stop using Facebook. It's a trash app. You can't even name all the 400+ friends. True friends only come in handful.

Kiyosaki lacks the truth of God, he twists scriptures to fit his agenda. Chasing riches is still a false spiritual narrative. Be focused on being materially rich on earth or being spiritually rich in heaven, "you can't serve two masters" – when it comes time, will Kiyosaki "pass through the eye of a needle"? ~
