Warren Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway and famous value investor, talks about how the value of an investment is calculated. Him and Charlie Munger discuss that the intrinsic value of a stock is the cash flow it produces, discounted back to the present using an appropriate discount rate. Buffett and Munger go on to say that there isn’t a difference between value investing and growth investing since growth of a company is a critical component of the value equation.

National RV California closed down in 2007… after 80 millions $ lost, laying off 600 employes and being Dislisted from the NYSE… Btw, this video gives the math formula of Buffett-Munger investment criteria
