You said that everybody is worried about the survival of Western civilisation; sorry to correct you but the exception is the Western political class, they don't see a problem. They regard the fact that in many towns and cities in the UK ethnic British are in the minority as a great achievement to be celebrated. They seduce people from alien cultures to enter the UK illegally with gifts of free hotel accommodation, every need catered for and almost guaranteed citizenship.

Assimilation is great if your migrant is a Dutch plumber or an Italian footwear machinist. Even if language is a problem the newcomers can find a thread to cleave to. Maybe church – Lutheran or Catholic. Bringing people from tribal low trust societies is madness. They see generosity as exploitability just as they would in Mogadishu. The Roman Empire didn't really have assimilation as a concept, like just to survive in Roman Gaul you probably had to know both Gaulish and Latin, maybe even Greek, and it was much more stable than modern western civilization, so I'd have to disagree, the true problem here is that modern western civilization was founded on degenerate Germanic law and Abrahamic ideology.
HOWEVER, the Roman Empire functioned infinitely better when it was mostly a union of Italic and Celtic cultures which are known to all of archaeology and linguistics to be closely related to each other. Once we let in Germanic tribes and random ass Balkan tribes everything went downhill. I don't want to give the Balkans too much shit though because based Aurelian was Balkan, but he was also killed by a Thracian, so you got your good and your bad I guess.
There are also still vestiges of Roman law imposed on us by the Catholic Church in medieval times simply to uphold Roman supremacy when the Romans had already outlived their usefulness to Europe, like monogamy. Believe it or not the Celts were polygamous, you can literally read the Old Irish legal texts yourself and confirm what I'm saying, and there's absolutely nothing in the Bible condemning polygamy, and the Israelites and many early Christians including straight up saints were polygamists, and then they decided later on that you weren't allowed to have multiple wives anymore, but those guys in the past that did are still being literally worshiped as though they didn't, but we're expected to uphold monogamy as some Christian virtue when it's a Roman pagan thing originally with no actual basis in Abrahamic laws or traditions.
The same thing happened with the stigma against tattoos, like you can see how the modern western stigma against tattoos more closely resembles the ancient Roman one than in modern or ancient Judaism. I love the Roman Empire but I have to acknowledge when they were being degenerate and ruining civilization, and outlawing and stigmatizing tattoos and polygamy are two areas where they were just being puritanical degenerates. The Romans, despite creating an infinitely freer civilization than what we have now, were proto-puritans, this is important to understand because it's the beginning of the very long story of why everything is so assbackwards and people are so dumb and puritanical nowadays..
The USA is a group of many cultures and races. Most dont want to "assimilate " or even know other existing occupants.
We have a group within the country that has remained a separate society for over 200 years. It hasn't been a "country"

It's actually not true we would want them even if they could assimilate in theory. Where did this policy notion come in that the people are just here to welcome immigrants the government decides to let in or come in illegally?

We use that word assimilate, but nobody actually defines what it means. To assembly into the American culture does that mean that we do not circumcise our little girls? Does that mean we cannot marry our daughters off when they are under 18 years of age? Does that mean that if they choose to marry someone else that they will not be slaughtered? If they choose a different religion, they will not be killed off in an honor killing? Does that mean that they do not have to walk around in a heavy stinking dark cloth covering their entire body except for their eyes? Does it mean that if they want to join American Society and not live in a cluster of People who only believe in the Muslim religion that is OK? Cause this is what I think assimilation means. If you think assimilation means you can do all these things quietly, but don’t necessarily disrupt American going on in their daily lives. That’s not a simulation to me. That’s just pretending that you’re assimilating. If you still want to participate in all those extreme and barbaric practices then you are not a simulating and you do not belong in this country.

Wrong. In Norway we need to only be norwegians for a generasjen or to, becouse we no longer know what that is in a way that lett us sett word on it.
