The FBI knew who he was all along because they are the ones that had him plant the FAKE bomb. How do I know, and how do I know it was fake? Easy, the next morning when the two FBI agents sitting a few feet from were it was, did not react at all when a man spotted it and showed them where it was. In fact they didn't even get out of their SUV, after being told there was a supposed bomb a few feet from them. They sat there for 30 minutes before even looking at it. They allowed bus load of school children on a tour to stand feet from it, and did not warn them at all. They allowed lots of officials to walk right past it for an hour with no warning, Does any of that seem like they were worried? No it does not. It should be obvious that the FBI knew it was fake and knew about it the entire time.
