And what have we gotten for this incredible sacrifice? Unending vitriolic mockery and disdain. The Europeans have made a national sport of mocking America and all things American. You can't read a comment or watch a video from a European (or Canadian) with a snarky comment about America being included. And I can personally attest to this attitude, having had Europeans in my family.
Forget them. Get us out of NATO. Let the oh-so-smug Europeans worry about Ukraine and Putin and Russia. Those are European problems, not American. Then we can sit back (save a ton of money) and watch with glee as their continent sinks further and further into political repression, economic decline, and Islamic fascism.

Some Americans simply don"t get it. When Europeans went to North and South America as immigrants and settlers, special character types were needed, those character signatures are still around. In Europe there is still a strong sense of community, in North America, especially the United States it is a dog eat dog world and if you can't make it on your own you may pray to God that your church has some spare change left somewhere.
The former Europeans that settled in what now is The USA developed differently then the Europeans that remained in Europe. The European mind thinks different about taking care of the elderly, the sick, the homeless and the stupid, and that is a European mistake.
In the USA there are many millions of people that totally do not fit in the society that was designed by founding fathers. This worries Europeans because those problems come the Europe, drugs related crimes, gender dysphoria that is growing into a complete industry.
America always fought their wars on foreign soil, that is clever, the revenues flow towards America and the deaths and the gore can be edited out for television. It was Ford that financed the third reich. It was America that ate all remnants of Post-War European industries and then big American conglomerates were formed. The Ukraine is another dirty trick. both parties are in it. The Biden administration was deeply in ransacking the Ukraine, and today it isn't any beter. The war would be over if the American arms industry stops making fortunes of death and destruction.

As a European, I am not at all angry about this. I have been watching Europe's self-destruction for at least 30 years. Waiting for a change in direction. If I were a young man, I would leave Europe tomorrow. I believe that the European ruling class is too arrogant to admit that it is wrong.
The best defense is an attack, so Trump attacks Europe. Of course, European culture is far superior over American culture. Now that Americans deny this, the actually confirm how bad American culture is.
