3:03 The recent Congo-Rwanda conflict did not have close to "10 million" victims. There were 7000+ causalities and nobody, other than Trump, refers to it as a "machete war" (he seems to confuse it with a conflict in 1994). FWIW, residents and conflict researchers disagree that Trump has stopped the conflict.
