I am confused. I think we all have to fit them all in our diet.

Hi Doc, I made my own cottage cheese, paneer and creamed cheese. Still have to make my yogurt. Hope it's okay? Age 67. In the morning it's the worst time to get up since it feels as if i am walking on glass, but since I am doing the diet that's recommended slowly that pain is subsiding and am so grateful.
