I'll be 62 this year. Like my brother, who turned 62 two years ago. Health reasons. Wait till you're 67! One month after he received his first payment, he had a stroke! Now he's bedridden, and I'm getting help from the VA to take care of him. Not everyone has that option.
Catholics have abandoned the superior inner teacher, the Comforter within (John 14:26, 15:26), preferring to pursue instead the inferior intellectual doctrines of in persona Christi (Mt.16:6) rather than the intuitive doctrines of God obtained by 'going within' i.e., seeking the kingdom of God within each one of us (Lk.17:20-21; Mt.6:6).
Pope Leo doesn't know what a Just War is, according to the Bible. He's changing important documents of the Bible. He's anything but moral. Illegal immigration is more important to Leo than abortions. Outrageous.
Fr. Sirico admitted not to remember those parts of the document, yet, he assumes what Pope Leo meant. Pope Leo has joined the extreme Democratic Party in America, which is now Communist.
Broadcasting over the internet, do we still need 30 second lead-in? This isn't 1992 anymore.
Fr. Sirico is such a wise man.
For a "son of Augustine," Leo seems utterly oblivious to the importance of Original Sin in his description of "magnificent humanity." "either to construct a new Tower of Babel or to build the city in which God and humanity dwell together. " WHAT? When has Fallen Man EVER made this utopia? Sounds like just more derivative Enlightenment human-rights globalist blathering.

In modern conversation, a Luddite is a casual, often pejorative term used to describe someone who opposes, fears, or refuses to use new technology.
I disagree with Father's assessment of Magnifica Humanitas, most of which was composed by AI (see LifeSiteNews).
Sooo grateful that Fr Sirico can stand up to Raymond’s cherry-picking this Encyclical. Eg., His correction of RA regarding the Pope’s mention of Just War. The Papal Posse seldom can manage to do that.
Any developments of new technology must be used for good. But it is also a tool to used as deterrence against any people to do harm to others . It is not evil to used it as protection from people with evil intention to do harm to others. The just war theory must be used to protect your people from other hostile country that seek to destroy your people and it should be eliminated not to seek harm again.
In an effort to popesplain, Fr. Sirico attempts to bypass what Pope Leo wrote in his encyclical and give us another version of what he meant to say. I think there is enough information to date on Pope Leo for everyone to draw their own conclusion on the platforms & agenda on which he operates.
Perhaps the Pope should try to dialogue with Iran to resolve conflict between the Muslim and the Catholic, and hope the Muslim do not bomb or hurt the Catholic church and the Catholic faithful. Forgive them killing so many Catholics all around the world for many centuries, and their goal to destroy Israel, and to see if they will stop their killing. I am surprised by this Pope who doesn't seem able to see the reality as it is, but always express his hatred toward Trump by mentioned what they disagree. Has this Pope taught something about how to help us get close to Jesus since he became the Pope. Why is he always involved in issues that aren't his role to be involved. AI will go away, we don't need to embrace it, That's the great deception of the modern world Book of Revelations talked about. In the Book of Roman, God will destroy AI, we do not have to embrace AI with the attitude that we have to embrace it because AI is here so we have to embrace it. It's like saying, Satan and his minion finally are appearing on earth and they are here, so we have to embrace them. Certain things we are not to accept. I surely hope that he stops to be a President or tech consultant but try to be our spiritual father and help us to focus on saving our souls and the souls of others. Rev 13, spelt out clearly that the 2nd Beast [which is the Eccleasstic Mason who hide in our church hierarchy. and who will guide the faithful to accept the modern technology i.e., the Mark of the Beast.
