If the price of bitcoins goes down like it has, then MicroStrategy will be facing margin calls on its loans because its collateral has lost half of its value. That would leave MicroStrategy one option. Sell it's crypto coins to meet its margin calls. Secondly, Crypto is not a financial system. It's a get rich quick speculative asset, also Bitcoin is also synthetic. It has no atoms, it only exists inside peoples heads.
You just have to look at the percentage of financial transactions that are carried out using crypto vs fiat to realise crypto is not an alternative to the current system. Crypto is not gold. Gold has a limited supply whereas crypto has an infinite supply. There are over 32 million different cryptocurrencies that have been created. Around 17,000 are being traded today. Bitcoin is just a brand name with the most brand recognition. Under the hood it's no different than the other 17000 cryptocurrencies. So how on earth is crypto an alternative financial system. Gold and Silver have been the bases of stable financial systems for 5000 years. When the fait system collapses gold and silver will again form the bases of a financial system. Banks are loading up on gold for this reason.

MicroStrategy is the biggest danger to BTC. Their BTC purchases were done with debt significantly and if their stock price keeps falling, they will have to liquidate BTC at some point for margin calls and debt servicing. No one should be buying bitcoin right now in the retail markets.
