Thankyou!!!!! Greetings from South Africa ❤
I have had weakness in my legs and arms and hands for the last 3 years I have been taking cinnamon but not ceiling cinnamon for the whole. I have been eating Dr Davis's cebo yogurt for 1 year I I have prostate enlargement which makes me get up about every 2 hours during the night which interrupts my sleep how can I resolve that
❤ I have had muscle and a leg weakness and tire and fatigue for 3 years
Watching this made me rethink what I take at night, not just what I take. Timing really matters for muscle recovery after 60.
I’m Dr. James, leaving this note so each like reminds me to return, follow your progress, and stay connected with this senior community.
Who else is rechecking their nighttime routine tonight?
Muchas gracias

This is not Barbara O'Neil. This is some AI impersonation. She will never hide behind a camera and speak.
But magnesium is not a vitamin / its a mineral 🩵☃️❄️
Thanks Dr ❤
So much good information
How does ostelin calc with D3 and k2 taken with food around 6pm work
Does taking B/ complex interear w/ sleep?
You say here NOT to take B12 at night but in another of your videos just said you SHOULD take B12 at night. Which is it?
That’s great, Delores and Meagan! 💪 Taking Vitamin C and beetroot at night can help circulation and recovery. And yes — for many seniors, taking D3 with K2 in the evening supports better absorption since it works alongside natural overnight repair. Just remember: consistency matters more than timing. 🌙🦴
thats awesome
Why are you abusing Barbara 's name. She is not a doctor
Hey.. at 88 with arteries scanned clean on a very hi animal fat diet, since mid 70s, working out 6 days a week. I have enough muscle thanks. Energy for workout is from 2 mitochondria boosters.
Be very wary of B6, as it can cause nerve damage ….
So well done, keep up the great work!
Is this an AI video which is actually not Barbara O'Neal at all? .. This is very frustrating. SO much of this is making its way to youtu.be .. I hope we get a response.
Very helpful information thank you dr.Barbara.
Why doesn’t she respond to anyone?
That’s a great and thoughtful question and it shows you’re really taking charge of your own health, which is so important at 72. B6 and zinc do play supportive roles in how the body uses vitamin D3 and K2, especially for immunity and bone strength, but they don’t have to come from the same supplement. You can often get enough through a balanced diet foods like eggs, salmon, chickpeas, and pumpkin seeds are excellent sources.
It’s always smart to check with your doctor before adding more, since every body’s needs and medications are different. You’re doing exactly the right thing by asking and learning before taking action.
