Envious of the throne, he orchestrates the death of Osiris, dismembers his body, and breaks the world’s balance. Horus emerges, and the dispute turns into a cosmic war as well as a trial: strength or heritage? Paradox: Seth is a usurper, but also the only one capable of facing Apophis and protecting the solar barque of Ra. Centuries later, he becomes a hero to warrior pharaohs and, in his decline, is demonized. The myth teaches: you don’t kill chaos—it tests, destroys, and renews.

The concept of 'Necessary Evil' is the perfect way to describe Seth. He fights the chaos serpent Apophis every night! It reminds me a lot of Montu (The Falcon God of War). He was brutal and scary, but the Pharaohs needed that savagery to protect the kingdom. Ancient Egypt really understood that sometimes you need monsters to fight monsters. Great analysis! 🔥

So hear me out… this is who Jews and Christians call god (Yahweh) through a long historic telephone game
The Antichristos (1888) was the final complete work Nietzsche wrote before his mental collapse it was a historical editorial peer review of bible a definitive critique of Christianity by getting to its roots. In it he claims that the Yahweh of the Old Testament God also called "El Shaddai" the Hebrew name for God (often translated as "God Almighty"), through intense entomological rabbinical research that Seth is this same god as Yahweh, both are a vengeful storm god among a pantheon of other gods the bible once called called Elohim another name for God. Martin Luther removed all the old testament references to the Christian God as anything other than God. Nietzsche believed that this was the origin of that name and tradition during the captivity and that Seth is in fact the god both Jews and Christian’s worship to this day.
