👉 Do you think maintaining muscle after 60 is truly difficult?
This is so excellent I did not know that tuna fish comes in olive oil as soon as I get to the supermarket I will barely get myself a few cans and have available. Of course my eggs. I love my eggs, so one egg at night time 30 minutes before sleeping sounds like a great idea. Thank you very much Doctor and hello to everyone.
I'm confused? I thought you recommend a plant-based diet? Why cottage cheese, yogurt, tuna , eggs?
1.Cottage cheese
2.Hard boiled eggs
3.Tuna in oil
4.Greek yogurt
5.Warm milk with tumeric
6.Almond butter
7.Tart cherry juice
8.Whey protein shake
Half an hour to one hour before bed☝️
Dr, this was an excellent video. But please, please, please, slash down unnecessary details -amino acids and other technical terms. We do not understand this. We are interested in just what to eat. Hence you can produce shorter and smarter videos. I am Sudhakar from India
Great reminder that nighttime nutrition, movement, and relaxation play a big role in muscle repair while we sleep.
