Love this and Barbara O. I am 71 yo. I looked online for pure organic GMO Lucine Powder. So many mixed with other amino acids. I found a good one, I believe. Will add to coffee every morning.
I have also incorporated these: morning B12 liquid under my tongue, VIT C tablets. At night a combined magnesium, K and D3. I feel fantastic and strong. Thanks Barbara!
