China is NOT as big of a problem as India.. We have outsourced SO MUCH labor, I dont know if we are going to have an out this time !! The CEO's of telecomm and tech companies have SUNK us dead in the water. This is the first I have heard someone mention to address the employment, generally speaking, that is outsourced offshored. Especially in the service sector. There needs to be incentives to encourage enterprises to hire within the borders of the US. Versus hire in the Indo-pacific. Not just "goods" imported/exported.
