    I guess you have to be famous and rich to get citizenship in Italy, I was born there came here young and lost my citizenship when I decided to become a law enforcement officer and to become a American citizen now Italy won’t give me my citizenship back how is that fare

    Its evil how they took control of citizenship and now only give it to the powerful and influential. I speak a lot of Italian, its not great, but I try.. vinceró in tribunale per mio cittadinanza.. per mi nonni e bisnonni

    Yet they take away citizenship without warning or explanation, to people born in Italy, (like myself)with Italian parents an grandparents who fought in Italian wars, own a house there, with brothers and sisters that still live there, paid rebuilding of the house (1976 earthquakes) for my parents , lived and worked there for 17 years, visited and kept in touch regularly.
    Well excuse me if I feel offended and pissed off. (Excuse my language)

    My mom is from Nocera Superiore, and she has many relatives "Bartiromo". I wonder if Maria is a relative to my mom and therefore to me. This year I am going over there again and I will dig deeper. ….. How small the world can be?
    I understand that nobody cares, but I am somewhat excited.
