You know, Kevin O leary doesn't know anything. Carney was not the head of the bank of Canada in the last 5 years. He was the head of the bank of England. Carney was running the bank of Canada from 2008 to 2013 for 6 years and the bank of England for 7 years from 2013 to 2020. He wasn't the person responsible for the crash, as he only got in before the crash happened. He was the one thatbprevented the crash from being worse.
