But behind the distraction, he says, it’s “the same leadership team responsible for the worst economic performance in Canadian history.” On the escalating trade war, O’Leary says the U.S. holds the stronger hand—and warns it will only intensify “until the Chinese leader gets on a plane and cuts a deal with Trump.”
