Thank you so much for this very interesting interview 👍🇦🇲
Sounds like a Russian mouthpiece
These paid dogs want Armenians' blood to be shed and their children to die.
The wars you want are over.
The region wants peace, it wants trade.
We don't need intelligence dogs like you.
Always peace.
Jeffrey is not taking into account there are more western Armenians than Hayastansis and their voice and help for Armenia. This was a disaster interview.
Actually 60% of Armenia’s economy is tied to Russia. That is being diversified now. That is common knowledge. It will no longer be this way.
Jeffery is not thinking like a Christian either. Western Christians have a moral obligation to help Armenia. This is a biblical mandate. Christians are one body. And if one part suffers we all suffer with it. His fundamental mistake is that Jeffery has no wisdom, except worldly wisdom. It skews his view towards a spirit of fear. He ignores the most important, the spiritual component.
Diplomacy with the countries he mentioned is ridiculous. Really he does not understand what is going on here.
There are concessions because we have no cards to play with. The next step is Azerbaijani and Turkish soldiers’ invasion of Armenia. This deal gives us time.
There is no mention to the right of return. Because they cannot do this yet. Man.
So Jeffery probably an educated guy in his field. Is not in this one.
Armenia is NOT giving up sovereign territory. Another error here.
He completely does not understand what Armenia needs, and this is not about America.
He does not understand the issues here. That was evident in the first 3 minutes.
First error on Jeffery’s part is that this is NOT meddling with Russia’s borders. This is an Armenian border, and sovereign land of Armenia, not Russia.
I am listening and will comment along the way. I own 4 properties on TRIPP and have been working there since 2019.
Like your introduction!
The most schizophrenic person i have meet in my live is Mr Sachs. On the one side he is pleading for international law and order based on that law. He is acussing Usa for destruction of that law and order. On the other side he is refusing independent states right to define their future and decide on which other state and organisations they want to build its future with. He is saying that all states have to take into consideration Russians interests. What kind of order are you asking for Mr.Sachs? Or you have an agenda what you are working for and in that case dont pretend to be an independent and inpartial observer and analyst.
We need a benevolent global authority, so that no one Power becomes Changis khan of our time.. before we blow up our planet
As an Armenian by Choice and living here in Armenia for over nine years now, I remain optimistic of Armenia's future, provided we don't blunder on the way. Jeff Sachs has touched two issues in particular that is paramount for any success, namely: (1) the 3+3 approach for any long term peace and sustainable development in the region and (2) the importance of both the North-South and East-West corridor especially for a land-locked country like Armenia. I remain hopeful that these will (despite the optics in White House recently between Armenia and Azerbaijan) be in the forefront for any long-term peace effort.
I guess both Armenians not living in Armenia in fact )
Imagine if Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia formed an simple economic union with free trade and movement of people. They are the centre of the world trade. The huge diaspora in Canada, EU, Russia, US, Türkiye, Iran and Australia gives them enormous soft power. A calm Caucus would have a huge influx or tourist and investment. After 10 years people would forget their differences and focus on their common cultures.
