Implement a Strict "1-2% Rule" on Every Trade
This is professional-level risk control. Never risk more than 1% to 2% of your total trading capital on a single trade.
• Example: If your trading account has $10,000, your maximum potential loss on any one trade should be $100 to $200.
• Use a Stop-Loss order to automatically sell your position if the price hits your pre-determined risk level. This keeps emotion out of your exits.
