It’s been one year since California’s Pacific Palisades fires, and “not enough has happened” to rebuild communities. “Mayors and towns are struggling” to get Sacramento to help rebuild these communities as was promised.
Elaine Culotti, known as the “Lipstick Farmer,” discusses the aftermath of the Pacific Palisades fires in her first podcast episode for The Daily Signal.
“These are real people that lost everything and have absolutely no one to turn to for help. Nothing has happened … Our governor is absolutely nowhere to be seen. I have not seen him in the Pacific Palisades since a few days after the fires … We have been absolutely left to fend for ourselves.”

There is a permit for everything now days, perhaps we start with reducing the number of permits needed ….
I hear that starting a Day Care Center in Minnesota is a good investment.
Please explain to me how Newsom is still there
Ca. voters got what they voted for 😡
Destruction of California .
Stupid voters voting for incompetent lying corrupt leaders who are making stupid decisions 😡
Ca. power players are fleecing its citizens for all their worth .
Government should not give one dime to fire victims .
Majority should not waste money on the minority who make poor decisions .
California is far worse, and it's not just the fires. California is about to run out of gasoline and jet fuel.
California:
The Land of Fruits, Nuts & Flakes
Very intelligent
I wish it wasn’t true, but I believe California is forever lost. If the people have not changed their situation by now, they never will.
Democrats voted for open borders, dei, green new deal and destroying the US energy industry. Biden campaigned for those policies. Democrat voters are the problem. They elect these politicians and their policies. Sadly, most Democrats are too lazy, stupid or distracted to see what is going on. How much has California spent on Illegal Immigrants instead of legal US citizens?
This fire was orchestrated to create a land grab.
Just like the orchestrated fire on Maui at Lahaina, which was a genocide and a land grab.
Fires and weather are being controlled by the Globalists.
California’s annual budget is over $300BILLION. That’s over $300,000,000,000. Where does it go?
Where is the Fire Aid $$$$$
The degree of denial and slow motion to recover tells me the Pacific Northwest Coast States, from border to border are being redesigned and "WE", generations of communities, are not in the plan…. Good Luck Cali
Today’s California brought to you by the Democrat Party.
Why in the world are you playing music while you are talking? So annoying that I gave up on your video after a minute.
I used to live in Calif., I have seen MILES of foot hills leveled, infrastructure installed and huge sub-divisions constructed with incredible efficiency. Since the Commucrats have taken over it has become the most disorganized state in the Union!
Again,
If Chad Bianco & Elaine Culotti could join Steve Hilton as a "Team", I think California could be saved. Include Adam Carolla & Larry Elder to create a Super Team. Been watching videos of all of them for the past year (Larry for a number of years) and I'd vote for Hilton and the Team. Also, launch investigations (with consequences) into Newsom's funding schemes and all that the "4 Families of California" and their Special Interests Friends have controlled and manipulated.
– California needs to THRIVE again. And reverse everything "Slick" Newsom has implemented.
Raised in California. Left in 2005. Saddens me how bad it has gotten. Have a feeling that voting is corrupt out there. Until corruption is taken care of in California AND the US, you are doomed. First step, understand that the Democrat party has been taken over by far left radicals. They're not the party of Kennedy, so you better hope your state goes "red".
Im in. Not sure what I can do besides write letters. Im sickbof this shit.
So long as people vote with the idea that the government needs to "do more", this will keep happening. So long as the state is allowed to give out grants to businesses and NGOs for whatever they want, this will keep happening.
I don't think many people have connected the dots here completely, but what I think is and has been going on for a long time now, specifically in the Democrat Party, is that they figured out that there are all kinds of "public services" that the could get the government to support, that are really difficult to apply observable metrics to, or could have the numbers manipulated, that the could also keep the funding to perpetually because cutting these programs would be horrible PR. So the Democrat politicians work with NGOs, the NGO comes up with the people and prepares all the business paperwork, fies with the state, makes websites to make the business legit, and finds some recruits from "marginalized" communities, and gets them to sign their name as the business owners, and they'll give them a fat stack of cash every week, all they have to do is hang out inside, and if someone comes tell them to leave. Then the politicians pass the spending bill, the treasury starts sending out the money, it goes to the NGOs where they break it up and movie it around a few times, then it gets doinated to ActBlue. What I'm trying to say here is, that the Somalis aren't who the focus shoudl be on, we should be looking for their handlers, their comrades, the community organizers who set this whole thing up. And this is in every state, every damn spending bill the Democrats pass is loaded, assume ALL of it's fraud because it likely is.
Another good side effect of the fires is that no one is talking about global warming because the rich lefties want to rebuild in the Palisades where their ideology says they should not be.
You are always adding intelligent conversation with the facts. Thanks again.
Too bad for Russia. Taking the VP of Venezuela.
Thank goodness for your help
All those Craftsman style homes in Altadena will never get rebuilt to original again. That is a tragic loss.
Good host.
It will never be the same afterwards
