This is amazing!!!
5:17:12 Hello there, This is Wesley Parr, 14th Great Descendant Of Catherine Parr, I didn’t know much about Great Aunt Cathy until now. Looking back at the family history, I am very grateful to be able to trace the family history back to the mid 1400’s. Me and my dad’s side of the family have been trying desperately to price together the missing generations of our family. Whether it be from Grandpa William, Aunt Catherine, Grandma Maud, Grandpa William SR etc. Anyway thank you for compiling this information about the wives of my 14th Great Uncle (By Marriage) King Henry VIII, and my extended family. I honestly did not know that the other wives of Uncle Henry VIII were friends. Guess I’ll have to add Aunt Aragon to the extended family tree now. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to help my family with the family tree.
Sincerely,
Wes Parr
What is it about being a spare named Harry? Both seem crazy!
Henry VLL has a coin, if you want, you can take it!
Really enjoyed this. Thank you 🤩
Truly amazing documentary, thank you. Just a funny mistake at 4.55.49 – Elizabeth wasn't born in 1553 but in 1533.
Who has 5 hrs to listen to this nonsense story. Please make it short….
He only killed his British wives.
Catherine of aragorn was my favorite.
Feels like learning and healing at the same time.
I listen to you to go to sleep. Thanks so much

Henry the 8th was a choavenistic 🐖 PIG 😢
Papal dispensation was needed for Arthur's and Catherine of Aragon's marriage because they were distant relatives not because they were so young. Later, they got another dispensation for Henry to marry his SIL.

I have listened to this so many times now. Thank you for all your hard work to make it.
Henry was the worst. That jousting accident just made him more of what he really was. I personally think he was cursed and caused his wives' miscarriages. I bet all his wives eventually regretted ever getting involved with him.
😊😅😮😢🎉😂❤
I don't care at all if Catherine of Aragon had had sex with Arthur, and I'll bet people at that time didn't care so much, either. Henry had accepted her with a Papal Dispensation, they had been married twenty years and they had a thriving child together. To most people, this was a valid marriage. If Catherine lied about it, it was a noble lie and nobody would have expected her to say otherwise. She also had a responsibility towards their daughter Mary and her claims and legitimacy. And, of course, Catherine and anyone who mattered politically, knew full well why Henry was wanting to annul the marriage: He wanted a living, legitimate male heir and Catherine was past her childbearing years and he was in love with Anne Boleyn.
In lingua italiana, no?????
I think it's ridiculous that he divorced Anne of Cleaves due to her appearance when she had to marry a robust man with a disgusting leg wound and wondering eye. I'd have been appalled to be judged in such a way by such an unattractive man. Not to mention scared since he'd beheaded his 2nd wife. She was lucky it ended well for her.
