That is not a picture of Henry V. There would be a large injury in his right cheek if it were him. 🇬🇧 🇨🇦
Very informative and interesting. Very well told.
Thank you
Henry V was an amazing fighting figure for his time! 💕
Henry V was a real m____f______r. You forgot to mention that Henry allowed his troops to loot and pillage several of the cities that refused to open their doors to the English. Also, to murder and rape their inhabitants. This despite his original orders to his men to respet the lives of civilians, England's wealth and power has always come the Englishmen's conquest and looting of countries that they conquered, rgeir nassacre and/or enslavement of their inhabitants, and the Transatlantic slave trade. Henry V was one of a long line of English imperialist rulers. England even tried to loot their own colonists in the thirteen American colonies, an insane policy that forced the colonists to declare the USA an independent country.
If he hadn't died so young, Henry V had the potential to be , not just a Good King bur a Great King.
Damn!! I didn't realize how close England got to conquering France!!
Bunch of tyrants they were, even with the great victories of the 3 mains battles, they (the tyrannical englishs) lost the biggest war ever …
King henry move to A12 Gained +5 luck Archers gained +2 morale , archers gets another turn😂
I’d still rather watch these than the news today about desperate people who aren’t original who want so badly to be in this club they will never earn.
It’s so wild to hear the struggle between father and son. It’s as old as time. One’s policies don’t work for the other one because times do change and the massive tension … It has to be so hard to be a real leader, especially in a time where media didn’t run the world, and couple that with the eternal individuation struggle of children against their parents, fascinating story.

It's so sad Henry died at such a young age, only 35 years old. He was an incredible king, and I honestly believe europe would look a lot different had he lived into his 60s like some of his previous monarchs such as Edward I and Edward III.
This thumbnail looks more like King Kai “Havertz” over at Arsenal. 😂
Fast forward to 1815, and here we are again, us invincible English, putting an end to the French Empire and Napoleon. Funny that, isn't it? 400 years after Azincourt, almost to the day, and we have another major victory over the French. This time, with profound consequences for the French Empire… The French Empire, put to an end by this insignificant little island. I don't think that France have had a successful conquest since 1066.
Brilliant documentary. Many thanks.
Beautiful docummentary. Thank you for letting to the public watch this jewel of a documentary about Henry the 5th.
Charles VI of France would be an interesting video.
"Cheered on by joyous citizens". Surely they were 'subjects' not 'citizens'?
Why did it take so long for Henry V to get married? Was he holding out a French royal wedding?
TC looks a bit rough in the thumbnail.
A most excellent video; thank you.
The French army like in 1940 were usuless
If Henry had lived a little longer he would've got his ass kicked by Joan of Arc
Imagine if he lived for 20-30 years more…
That poor woman…. 6 children’s in 8 years…. And she died in childbirth…. So she was constantly pregnant until the point of her death at 23 .
Henry v was the greatest king for England what a man amen
Why does the thumbnail look like Henry was related to Nice Peter (ERB)?
I work at a nursing home and I think we could be witnessing financial abuse by a family member of this woman’s. Or neglect if she shouldn’t be out alone.
Sigismund was the full blod brother of the Richards II. wife Anna of Bohemia. Henry 5 must remember her as he was staying with his uncle and his wife.
