INGREDIENTS
Dough
4 cups All-Purpose Flour/if more needed .. add 1 Tbsp. at a time untill a soft dough forms.
1 packet Active Dry Yeast/ room temp
3 large Eggs/ room temp
3 Tbsp. melted Butter
1 cup Warm Milk (110*)
1/4 cup warm Water
1/2cup Light Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Sugar
only cover 1/4 of the peroshkies …
Fry on both sides. Now you will see white streak around .
Fast Mix … And Preparation
in a large-like a 4 cup measuring cup, add the warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix and set in a warm place.
NEXT STEP..
Place your flour in the mixer or food processor.
In big measuring cup add the rest of the ingredients one at a time and mix well with each ingredient.
The milk, water, eggs, butter, vegetable oil, and salt.
after mixing well slowly add to the flour and knead in your machine.
Knead about 7 to 10 minutes , untill the diugh releases from the sides of the dish.
Stretch the dough as shown to the center of bowl. Cover with a clean kitchen towel untill doubled. I left mine about 2 hours.
Make dough balls what ever size you like. Mine was about 4 inch circles.
Make sure not to roll thin! like as 1/2 the thickness of your pinky 😃
Fill it with your favorite fillings, meat cheese, potatoes, cabbage & carrots.. what ever you like.
