On October 2, we were delighted to host the 2nd Annual Conference on Advancement of Rural Communities (CARC) 2021 initiated by COAF and co-organized by the Delegation of the EU to Armenia, UNDP Armenia, and the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia at the COAF SMART Center.
This year, the conference featured panel discussions on four topics, including smart governance, social recovery, green agriculture, and resilient jobs, as well as an expo, where rural entrepreneurs and organizations from all regions of Armenia and Artsakh presented their services and products.
This exciting and important event ended with the beautiful songs of Komitas played by a saxophone quartet.
