The only thing I don't like about this game is how difficult these instructions are to understand. Let's say the amount I borrowed is $40K, my monthly payment is $4K and my Cashflow is lowered to $4K less?
in the real work certain elements are just fate, chance, and luck, no different that someone winning the lottery or receiving an inhertance…it does not have to be fair to be worthy of learning cause life is not fair.. better to learn the lesson in "practice" mode rather get into the "real" world and fail…no Do Overs in the real world

At the start of the game,( exactly like the real life), i do not have so much money, i have to buy a big appartement, or a big ship as a “big /small apportunity “or “the unexpected,” what i should do becouse i can not get loan from bank, bank ask me a little sum before giving me the loan. Me and my husband are blocked here , just at the start of the game and i think this is our real problem in the life. The solution just for the first step. Pls answer me . Thank you
I don't understand the loan pmt Calc. If I borrow 40k, I am supposed to add a monthly expense of 4,000 or an annual expense of 48k? So in one year, I will have paid more than the loan balance in expense pmts. I don't understand how anyone could ever get out of the rat race paying those kind of mortgage rates. Unless the card comes up to sell the house, I am stuck paying a 4k mortgage pmt on an asset making a cash flow of only 200/month. I just bought the game and only played it once. Maybe I am missing something?
Those monthly payments make no sense. A loan for a 30 year loan of 40000 wouldn’t be 4000 but rather like 130-150
How does one pay down principal, and eventually the bank loan note?

Good game ! 🙂 Since I read the book 3 years ago, I bought a 3 building appartment with my brother, a condo that I rent to someone, and leaving in a nice appartment that cost me less than my condo. Invested in new online technologies , I traveled around the world, I tried some MLM, failed, then tried again and finally made it. My dad is an accountant so I really learned how to save money and how to make smarter choices. I'm finally on Youtube … trying this 🙂 Hope you guyz appreciete the content and get inspired from Rober Kiyosaki like I did 🙂
