Just like Cuba does i think that all these artists that go touring around the World should contribute a big chunk of their earnings to the Armenian Government. This is leaning towards a socialist approach however Armenia could benefit financially. When your Doctors Teachers Nurses etc are so underpaid I only see it logical that these artists should contribute more financially. Just introducing Armenian Culture to the rest of the World is not enough. I know that the top artists charge an arm and a leg when they go and perform in Los Angeles for example, in turn they should be obliged to contribute totheir nation who enabled them to study music in Armenia .I know most people would not agree with this theory however Cuba has successfully implemented this procedure and it works, the artists still make their money however at the same time they help their homeland. The disparity between what an average person earns and what these musicians earn is vast. Myself as a musician in the West would gladly partake in such an agreement if my country needed the finances which Armenia obviously does
