Everyone cheering for the payback of tariffs are the same one that hate Trump. Tariffs have been used by every president. Tariffs have been used against us by every trade partner. This is all about Trump. He's winning and the Trade War" we were told to expect didn't happen. The investment into manufacturing in the US has exploded. We are headed toward an economic boom. Tariffs protect the American worker and American products
You understand that tariffs effect the companies that turn their back on American labor and American products to put more money in their pockets by using cheaper foreign labor instead of the American worker and imports cheaper foreign products instead of American products. Tariffs do not affect American made products

Trade Act 1974 section 122 authorizes temporary tariffs to address significant balance of trade deficits, and it gives power to the president to do all that. Since our President is using his authorized powers, He can not be sued by the toy company.
