Armenia doesnt intend to attack anyone first…. Turkey is a NATO military super power so that’s laughable and suicidal. Iran, no reason to worry. Georgia, no reason to worry. Azeries are unpredictable and dangerous. Armenia wouldnt be smart to attack first but must create a “porcupine” military so it would be too costly for Azeries. Otherwise, they will attack Armenia again in the future 100% guarenteed.
