Many greeting from Romania to our armenian brothers! Armenian population was quite high in north-east of Romania, since 12th when Mongols invaded most of the Asia. Nowadays they are not so many but the surname of many remained as a proof, one of it is mine (Armanu, and other forms of it). This was the name given by romanians to armenians and meant people from Armenia. In the history books they said that armenians were very educated, practicant christians and good traders.
