📍Reacting to the discussions over the U.S. involvement in the normalization between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Kremlin said it is the sovereign right of the two countries, but accused Washington of “deception.”
📍The Armenian government approved a new procedure for developing and adopting urban planning technical regulations, aiming to bring national construction norms closer with those of the European Union.

The US lease idea sounds good, but for 50 years, then Armenia takes over. By that time thing should be more normal between our Azeri neighbors.
