first of all tnx to ultra for allowing me to take stage every year again and again, and tnx to everyone who takes the time to listen, comment or even benefit of the doubt😂

i saw a lot of you excited about the set, some of the community i talk to daily loved it and im so happy we're on the same line, however i also saw some confusion or dissappointment but i appreciate you just as much

when u get a stage and livestream w such production quality like ultra, u want to use that moment to present yourself at that time, ofcourse u can do a throwback set and recycle what you've been doing for 20 years, but to me, personally, its not about where you've been, its about where u going.

i love edm, bigroom, progressive, techno, tech house, some afro house, trap, some dubstep, uk garage, etc etc etc.
i understand its difficult or confusing when i play a different set every time or experiment with different genres. but this is a personal choice i made, to stay true to myself, and whoever wants to join me on this journey, ill always include the hits in the set but i'll never tie myself down to one style or genre just because its easier to consume (or prevents 'i miss the old afrojack' comments😅)

i still love yall regardless wich set you liked, and when i'll always bring the classics with me for those who want then (u can always dm me track requests when i visit your city!)

but yeah, my eyes are on the future and trying new things, so tnx for trying the 'new flavour'

Nick, this is probably your best work yet. I've been a massive fan of yours since 2010. I've seen you perform 5 times over the last 15 years, and I'm coming to see you in Atlantic City HQ2 Beach Club next Friday. All I can say is I'm so proud of being able to have seen you through your evolution as an artist via Afrojack, NLW and now Kapuchon. You continue to push the envelope. Keep doing the good work brother.
