Everyone has a little of the story. There were reasons why nobody should know the truth of what happened between the two, having more to do with their posts in life and maintaining civilization and not f….g around with each other. That was the biggest no-no and seemed they each broke the agreement they had made early on, not to engage in sx. Don't believe anything I write here, but here is a new slant on it. H. was truly heartbroken but he was never a brute. He played tricks on people who betrayed him but he never forced anyone, especially Athena who would never be forced. They were actually old friends from way back, and there was in fact some hanky-panky. They had been seen, and a story was told to account for it. A visited H after dark. He had a private space where his quarters were. His bed was built big and heavy with a hood for privacy. That infant was A and H. But if anyone knew what they had done, each felt they would lose their status and it would not be good for the citizens or their team mates. And so, a local woman was found who would raise the child for A and H. That is why A did so much for him in life. He was in fact, A and H child who grew up to be a strong leader of Athens.
