Improving the lives of children and their families in rural Armenia is at the heart of COAF’s mission — and it starts with strengthening the skills of local specialists. At the COAF Youredjian Child & Family Center (CFC) in Myasnikyan, this approach comes alive regularly. 🎓🧩 One recent highlight: a 4-day training for speech therapists and special education teachers from the Armavir region on reducing maladaptive behavior, ABAT, and alternative communication through PECS.

👨👩👧👦 ✨ Բարելավել գյուղաբնակ երեխաների ու նրանց ընտանիքների կյանքի որակը՝ հզորացնելով համայնքների մասնագետներին. սա ՔՈԱՖ-ի հիմնային մոտեցումներից է, որը հաջողությամբ կիրառվում է մասնավորապես Յուրեջյանի ՔՈԱՖ Երեխայի և ընտանիքի կենտրոնում (Մյասնիկյան, Արմավիր)։
Վերջերս Արմավիրի մարզի լոգոպեդների և հատուկ մանկավարժների համար կազմակերպված «Ոչ ադապտիվ վարքի նվազեցման միջամտություններ, ABAT և PECS այլընտրանքային հաղորդակցում» քառօրյա դասընթացը այդ մոտեցման վառ օրինակներից էր։ Դասընթացի ազդեցության մասին՝ տեսանյութում։ 🎓🧩
