About “Tarikh-e Qarabagh”
“[…]The part of [Mirza Jamal Javanshir’s “Tarikh-e Qarabagh”] dealing with the struggle between the Javān-šir khans and the Armenian petty princes (meliks) of Qarābāḡ is an especially valuable source, being written by a non-Armenian on the major Armenian presence in the region.”

FUCK armenia
Nothing is true about this video.
Lmao if karabakh belongs to armania then why does every villages in karabakh have meaning in azerbaijan language
You took all the citations from the Wikipedia article ‘Caucasian Albania’ in the Azerbaijani historiography paragraph, lol.
Azerbaijan is an evil country.
For those that want the truth about Artsakh aka Karabakh, this video does the perfect job of exposing the truth. btw anyone who argues with this video is obviously mentally retarded because maps, sources, and quotations are fully provided without bias. So enjoy.
Very good
you must read a history books!!!
Its artsakh bot karabakh he says artsakh becouse modern day people know it as karabakh
Keep dreaming bro 🙂 Armenia has existed for 5000 years. Azergayjan for nearly 500 years
good stuff =) i will be sure to stay tuned for your next video! subbed!
This Bagirmandiyan lies like a true armenians. Why his doesn say what means words of Karabakh? or armenia? also why armenian govrment doesn opening the archives? ( i am sure, if armenia govrment opens the archives whole world will see the word of armenia just the area name and not the country name. Place of armenia doesn belong to gayks or arsucks which his from Cilicia. armenia builded 1922 by Soviet Union like a bumper country between sosialis Azebaijan Republic and capitalist Turkiye !!! )
"This video shows Armenian historians [only]"
Did you watch the whole video? I knew this fallacious argument would be used against this video (attack the arguer and not the arguments), so I wish I had a talk by a non-Armenian talk, but I don't, but I do have a lot of text from non-Armenian historians and scholars. I have placed many comments by non-Armenian authors from 5:10 on. I could have put more, but the video would have been too long.
Also, I find it pleasant that Azerbaijani historians confirm that [some of] the Armenians in Karabakh are assimilated Albanians, because the main Azerbaijani argument to claim the history of Karabakh is that "Azerbaijani are the descendants of Albanians and Karabakh was inhabited by Albanians."
Can't Armenians equally claim the history of Karabakh if this were the case? In fact, Karabakh Armenians have more rights because they are supposedly the descendants of native Karabakh Albanians.
"many Armenian historians and scholars actually confirm that Karabakh Armenians were assimilated from Albanian to Armenians."
This is off-topic, but let me address it.
Armenians confirm that SOME Karabakh Armenians are most probably assimilated Albanians. However, they also confirm that prior to the Albanians, and during Albanian rule, and the following foreign rule all the way up to present time, Armenians formed the majority in the territory as evidenced by archeology and historical records.
"This video […] is based on a selection of specific sources and the neglecting of real historical facts."
This video is required to be selective by nature, since we had to select falsifications in Karabakh history. It's not meant to talk about its extensive history. The sole purpose of this video is to point out that some passages were altered by Azerbaijani historians.
LONG LIVE ARMENIA!!!!!
@Arzive :))))) I reviewed your videos and have come to conclusion that who also is a Big fantasist. It is very amazing. I await from you new stories:))))
@Vatancin And as for your desperate Albanian lie, I have a video on that coming in the near future. I hope you'll watch it and try to debunk the arguments in it with actual arguments, rather than unsupported accusations of lying. Given my track record of arguing with you though, I doubt anything serious will be presented…
@Mr100Azer And once again, we see Azerbaijani accusations, with no argument or evidence whatsoever, of Armenian arguments being "fairy tales," which are actually backed by raw, verifiable evidence.
@Mr100Azer And what should the Azerbaijani "scientists" who removed the reference to Armenians in those books do? By the way, if you watch my video from @5:10, you'll see the opinion of this Armenian "scientists" is shared by the most prominent third party experts of the region in the world.
@Vatancin Calling me, or this historian a liar will only serve to convince yourself. You can read the old Russian, Persian and even Azerbaijani editions of the book and see that the true liars are the modern Azerbaijani pseudo-historians.
@Vatancin Who is provoking a bloody war?
The Azerbaijani who publishes the 1959 Azerbaijani edition of Tarikh-e Qarabagh (early 19th century) by omitting the references to Armenians, belittling them and giving reason for Azerbaijanis to believe Armenians don't belong in Karabakh?
Or the Armenian who is trying to expose this act of falsification?
@ThuggishProduction Once again, we hear armenian "fairy tales".
I think this "scientist" should work in nursery school in Armenia for very good salary. Because no one of clever people will believe his fairy tales. Of course, expect armenians themselves.
Great education
Excellent doco, shanorhagal Arzive jan,
This is no suprise, the azeris, continue in the great turkish tradition of falsifying history, every village , every building, every river, every town that had an Armenian name in Western Armenia was changed to turkish.
They have no other way to justify their occupation of our lands, but to falsify history.
@Pigot98 Happy birthday!
Great as always, posted a day after my birthday 🙂
Well founded, well documented and well presented facts!
Thank you for this valuable documentary.
Long Live Armenia
This is the truth
