Hulks open the gates as well
Radicals:
Heart-shots to the radicals also seem to do a boatload of damage, and misses still hit their torso. That's typically my preference, but headshots are superbly satisfying.
Vox engines:
– will get ko'd with the bottom orange vents taken out and a thermite to the outside of their emergency vent.
– take 3-4 thermites to the dick to kill outright.
– Take a leveller/silo shot + one quasar to the face to kill
– Gatling barrage is also very effective. I've found that I can use a Gatling + 1 or 2 quasar shots or a couple of charge railgun shots
My loadout:
Equipment:
– AR-59 Suppressor/R-72 Censor
– LAS-58 Talon/P-113 Verdict
– G-123 – Thermite
– Medium with Fortified/Ballistic padding. Normally, I'd go light, but the enemy density at level 10 is just too high to get away with it.
Stratagems:
– LAS-99 Quasar Cannon/RS-422 Railgun
– Supply pack
– Orbital Gatling Barrage/Orbital Railcannon strike
– EAT-411 Leveller/MS-11 Solo Silo
Gameplay style:
– Skirmisher/Guerrilla
Im loving Cyberstan, that being said, it's not hard per-se, I think we're once again falling into the artificial difficulty that this game has, meaning that the game as usual, it's quite broken. Vox engines can fall on top of buildings and stay there forever, the missiles clip thru tall buildings while all of your stratagems bounce or straight up hit the buildings, they can clip on each other making it impossible to get in between the wheels and killing them that way, and many other inconsitencies when it comes to killing them. So yeah, not really as hard as it is just outright FRUSTRATING. I hope they fix all the bullshit but I'm not counting on it. Glazedivers will just say it's fun and call it a day, but I don't like artificial difficulty, or to put it more simply, GARBAGE GAME DESIGN.
The vent way to kill vox machina is very inconsistent
"Just when I thought I was out they pull me back in." For Democracy
The vox engine is easy when its just one but when there's more than one good luck
I kungfu them back
Anyone got tips specifically for the flag missions on cyberstan?? Maybe the problem is that I’m trying this on Ivl 9 difficulty. Basically every single flag mission I've attempted (all with full squads) it didn't seem to matter what types of loadouts we used or whether or not we went for just the main objective or cleared out bot factories.
No matter what on Ivl 9 the flag objectives seem to love spawning seemingly infinite bot drop waves right on the flag location (once the flag has been started, even when using stealth loadouts). Most of the time it gets to the point of there being 4-5 Voxes and a bunch of other enemies around the flag at the same time.
Don't know if I just need to bump down the difficulty level since it is Cyberstan, but I'm curious if anyone here has tips that've helped?
It's seriously only the flag raising missions that seem impossible to complete. The rest are very challenging sure, but the flag one specifically feels nearly impossible.
Orbital Gatling kills the Vox
Dynamite breaks the walls too
Hey, a video detailing the new secondary objectives on Cyberstan would be greatly appreciated!
Happy 2 year anniversary!
I’m ngl this new update is so fun. Real fights, real war, or no chances to recuperate.
In regards to the Vox engine heat sinks/grenade vent strategy — If you shoot out the upper 3 heat sinks instead, it opens a much larger grenade-susceptible port atop its freedom-hating head.
I've not had luck with either, mind you, but it IS possible! Furthermore, the new legally-distinct Fat-Man Launcher weakens it enough that a single EAT or Quasar shot can one-tap it afterwards. The Gatling Barrage also works well as long as they're in the stand-still-and-launch-missiles-at-you mode, and has a very short cool-down. Good for wiping out bot drops too.
Good luck out there Divers! FOR SUPER EAAAARTTHHHHH
Owen wilson giving good cyborg advice
Playing on Cyberstan with my friends is some of the most fun I’ve had in a while.
Honestly, I kinda wished the Commissars had a weaker/slightly different version of the Agitator’s ability, would’ve been a cool way of prepping use for this
Have you tried the erupter against the vox engine? Seems to work pretty good
Autocannon to the face is so satisfying
Seeing a horde of agitated automatons speed walking towards you is simultaneously hilarious and terrifying. Mostly the latter
Man with the cyborg the bot act like the bug . I notice they got a speed boost everytime a cyborg take control of the bot
He forgot to mention it has to hit the voxes torso (in between the legs) for the leveler to be a One-Shot. Any other time you're going to want to hit it with the ultimatum or an eat.
2:17 also seem to be more aggressive
The fact that the orbital railcannon isn't a 1 hit on the Vox Engine is actually crazy. Genuinely what's the point of that stratogem? Thanks AH
C4 also works on the doors and the vox engine. 3 for the vox engine, so half your backpack supply. there's also breaches in the wall you can go through if there's no pipes or you wanna be sneaky.
Solo silo has stopped working and deals 0 damage to Vox.
Bro is just casually wasting Global lives that we all share just for a Video.
Like that but near the end when he says the gates can be blown up. He didn't have to stand so close to the bomb he called.
