600,000 people could soon be without water because Pacific Gas & Electric is tired of being sued by environmental nonprofits trying to protect indigenous land, alleges a recent article by UNWON.
“But the point I’m making is this: This environmental law firm says we’re going to stop the diversions of 2% or 3%. It’s not going to hurt. It’s not going to get a lot of water back to the Indigenous. It’s a symbolic act to punish civilization and hurt people, 600,000 people in this case,” argued Victor Davis Hanson on Tuesday’s edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.”

Reservations are a scam, if you're born in the US you're "indigenous".
VDH can truthfully say an incredible amount in just over eight minutes. Not one city in the West would exist if these attorneys blow up water rights, and let the rivers flow without dams. Even the failed city of San Francisco would dry up if their dam in the Sierra Nevada mountains was removed.
California is an object lesson in how to destroy a state. I left California five years ago after living there for 48 years, and have no regrets. Those who a hanging on, waiting for things to get better, need to get the hell out. Life is too short to wait for something that probably won't happen for decades, if ever..

See the book Intellectuals by Paul Johnson which gives prominent examples of mostly leftists caring more about ideas than people as well as the works of VDH's friend and colleague Thomas Sowell. Again, leftists typically care more about ideas than people. Even though we live in the real world, not an imaginary utopia dreamed up by leftists at the cost of people's lives.

We would all be amazed at the amount of water stolen from the Eel River drainage for illegal marijuana.
I live in Sonoma County and my county votes 75% Democrat, so maybe, just maybe they will ponder their voting habits when they have to be even more water constricted than they already are. I have a well, thank goodness. I’m sure they will find some way to tax that soon enough.
