Then they decided in their utopian generosity that they were going to admit people into their guilds without the same criterion that they had had because it made them feel better.
“In other words, they didn’t accept Tom Sowell’s or Shelby Steele’s advice or Jason Riley’s that says, when you do that, you’re going to encourage mediocrity and opportunist, and you’re going to deprecate the work of African Americans or Hispanics that are very talented. But that’s what you’re going to do just to gratify your own sense of ego and shame. And that’s exactly what happened.”

I live in chicago., and there isnt a day in whch the left doesnt try to do something that upsets me.. its an afront to any normal sensibilities, but mostly cause im white.. They prefer abject poverty and free stuff-socialism, rather than cowtow to anything Civilized & Just

No one accounts for class animosity with the white demographic as a factor. Affirmatively keeping whitey out has been has been part of it since the foundation. As a poverty survivor who graduated from college in the 1970s I was the first, but as circumstances have permitted they have gone after more and more segments of the white male demographic. Give them credit though. They know where the beef was and is. Cut off the entry level and you cut off the whole career.
Nevertheless, my conclusion is that meritocracy is a phantasm. What I think is that for any career there is a gate and if you make the gate one will stand in for another almost all of the time. This means that the battle is not really about merit but rather about creating a brand which then obtains market acceptance and acceptance in the artificial social creation of the workplace. Another defect of the meritocracy concept is that it means that no one has a birthright and that therefore no one has any protection in the event they experience adverse circumstances in their life.

Victor is the only one who pointed out something I observed in corporate America and at law firms for 40 years. The old white guys at the top make themselves feel good, and the young folks around them, by going woke, while never giving up ANY of their money or position. They just opened up the ranks below them. Hypocrites, They would make us go to pretty dumb diversity training every year. I never saw them go, but if they did, you'd know about it because they'd been parading all over the room.

White Northern Christians, who first embraced Christianity (unlike China, India or Africa) produced hard working "freedom loving" White males who, with Bibles under their arms, and using their vision, creativity, innovation, went around the world to find a place to build a civilization like no other before them. Finding lands with aboriginals existing on lands they never claimed to own, who were never civilized and quite savage even to their own kind, hardly able to be called civilized humans, didn't deter them from conquering the tribes (as they once conquered each other) so they could build the civilization they envisioned. Were mistakes made? Sure? But, if you do your research, far few were killed or abused than at the beginning of any other civilization.
Other civilizations were built for the Upper Classes, using the Lower Classes as servants and slaves, which was better for the Lower Classes than starving to death. In this regard, these White Northern Christian males wanted to offer both the Lower Classes and the Upper Classes the same equality of justice (rule of law), education, financial prosperity via Capitalist opportunities – there was to be equality and "freedoms" for all.
These White men were trying to escape the Upper Class tyranny of the British Empire (different from the British people and, somewhat different from the British monarch), and they wanted others to come into this new civilization and benefit from it, and to help them continue to build and defend it.
Were some of the White men bad? Sure. What race, nationality, ethnicity, culture or tribe doesn't have their share of corruption and criminality? But, no other civilization (current or previous) welcomed in the Lower Classes with the same respect as they welcomed the Upper Classes. If some Upper Class people are selfish and some Lower Class are lazy, don't blame the White Man. He is the least selfish, least lazy, type of man you'll meet.
Globalists are lying to us. They want us to believe their Godless New World Order will be equality for everyone, ensured by Social Credit Scores and Digital ID. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Globalists want to rule the whole Earth, decide who can live or die, who can work or not, who can live here or there, and eventually what we can wear, eat and live in. They decide on who is equal and who is not. That's the tyranny that the White Northern Christian males wanted for the West, but now their descendants are the enemy, and Christianity is greeted with hostility, disdain or indifference.
A new world order is rising … the followers of Satan are gleefully clapping, truly believing they're succeeding. But, the truth is, the Bible God has allowed all this to take place in order to let His Western peoples learn about the consequences of their choices these past 80 to 100 years. He will bring it all to an end in about 7 years.

Ok as an African American, Native American so called black. Black is a color and white is a color. The “colors” don’t describe a so called race of people they only highlight a dichotomy created ONLY in America. For my less educated Caucasians…..racism was invented during a time where Caucasians were also slaves. Everyone could be an indentured servant at this country’s inception and with the natural course of greed some indentured servants were taken advantage of….the elites around colonial America invented racism to keep the common man fighting amongst themselves vs them who wanted to keep all the money, power. There were so called blacks who owned slaves. The word slave came from Slav a Caucasian Eastern European who were “slaves” in Europe. Every so called race were slaves at one point and it wasn’t based on or justified by this myth of “racial” superiority. Lastly, racism is taught it’s not an objective fact.
Also this country called the United States ended up being a place where the aforementioned racial ideologies took a foothold. Though slave owning persons such as George Washington who was not the first president and Thomas Jefferson said all men were created equal but greed justified the fall guys…..”blacks”.
Anyway super long story short. How can there be a war on the Caucasian in America when this country was created by and for the benefit of the Caucasian? 😂 . If you’re so superior and the master race.
