How is there a mayor of a US city who cannot comprehend English? Don't you have to be a citizen to be elected, let alone vote? Isn't there an English requirement for citizenship? Let's end the practice of printing ballots in multiple languages. If you can't function in English, you should not be voting. Require everyone must pass an English proficiency test, in order to register to vote, and don't grandfather anyone in, so that it's fair.
