Armenian citizenship is kinda dangerous if you are a male, there is an existential threat for this nation from Azerbaidjan and Turkey and chances of serious war and conscription are very high there.
But for life, residence, and all other purposes it is a very good place, you will be surprised that in Armenia you can find services for basically anything on a level of Europe and US for pennies on a dollar. Safety level is also very high, and people are educated and friendly.

1. It's not Eastern Europe.
2. It's not a government that is pretty well run
3. Most of the population is trying to get out, and not due to the job crisis alone but because of the political instability within the country
4. Bunch of hacked condo jobs, do not invest in the property market in there
5. It's one of those places where the law is not on your side if you passively annoy someone without knowing it. Tread carefully.
An excellent place to visit, wonderful people (aside from the city centre), amazing and RICH culture, but not a great place to invest.

I traveled 1/2 the world before i was 25. I made my riches, had the speed boat, etc., then one day i got tired of maintaining everything, i bought some lk property, very secluded area, i went back to the simple life, growing and raising my own food, hanging out with my fur buddy. Stress, greed, and bad diet will end ones life early.. When I ask older people what they would change, if they could, 90% say, I would take my health over all the money in the world. Anyway, I hope all your dreams come true
