Im ngl im so tired of people jumping to conclusions after a single trailer. I bet 80% of what we saw was within the first 20 minutes of the movie
after 2 trailers i still have no clue what the actual plot is. Mario is still writing so frustratingly off somehow not being scared of Yoshi when he has NEVER seen one before and only big scary beasts trying to kill him yet he acts like he's an expert with animals. Maybe game Mario is but Movie Mario is way too much of a selfish idiot and it sucks.

Yes, it is. So did the last movie. The Super Mario Bros Movie didn't just pull things from the first Super Mario Bros game. It pulled from the entire Mario library, and that's a good thing. It was great to see references to Mario Kart, 3D World, and even the Donkey Kong series.

im not gonna lie they could had told a deeper and greater story with mario rather than it just being all about easter eggs from the games i guess. but i guess its all about it being light and freindly.
i feel like all of these scenes(besides Peach's fight and the scene with the dinosaur) are in the first 30 minutes of the movie
the scenes where they're saving the blue toad could be a montage after they save Yoshi(which is definitely the first scene)
then after the scene from the first trailer where Bowser Jr powers up i'm assuming Mario and Peach follow him onto his airship(?) and that's where those scenes come from
i think the casino is definitely a planet
3:10 Okay I think I HAVE A REALLY GOOD THEORY about how and why the pipe caused the problem in Tosterina and caused the pyramid to fall. What if the bomber bill exploding in the pipe dimension from the first movie affected this pipe as well. I think that when the bill exploded it affected many different areas connected by pipes around the universe.

I also immediately thought Birdo was trying to attack Peach, but I’m wondering if they’re actually working together. I’m not sure. Would love to see them fighting off king boo in the casino but he wasn’t shown, so it’s probably unlikely 😅
Well judging by the beginning of the trailer where they’re standing outside the pyramid you hear a roaring sound that is NOT Yoshi but more than likely the T Rex Yoshi was running from. So I’m think the bros find Yoshi and they still need to clear the pipe which happens to connect to that dinosaur which causes Mario and Luigi to be babies in that world just like they are in Yoshi’s Island. Also the spaceships to me look like the spaceships from Pikmin.

What I'm REALLY hoping is that they include the full soundtrack this time around. Licensed songs for the first one was such an odd thing to do, plus we got robbed of Driving me Bananas

my theory about this movie is that the scene with mini bowser will be the beginning of the movie, then the will recieve a call from peach on main floor and they need to go to Tostarena where Mario and Luigi will fix a pipe and rescue yoshi, then they will go to the yoshi island in that boat scene and rescue toad, and when they enter the pipe on the clouds, will show the Super Mario Galaxy Movie Title, and then show the rosalina attack, after that they wil go to the star festival on Mushroom Kingdom. Now i don t know about the baby scene
I'm excited for the inevitable Super Mario Land references. My bets are Daisy (obviously), Tatanga, and a few enemies like Tokotokos.

Yoshi isnt holding the super scope 6; hes holding the deevolution gun from the original 1993 mario movie (where they used a super scope as a prop, painted blue). Thats why mario and luigi were devolved into babies, and probably why there is a realistic T rex they are running away from.
Those ships at the end look like olimers ship….. just saying
When you look at both the teaser and this trailer, I definitely feel like they haven’t revealed much. Obviously the whole point of this trailer was to give us a peak at Yoshi.
