barbara, thank you for all the videos. i am 68 yo and I usually walk about 3 miles every day. lately, when I walk after .25 of a mile i fell discomfort on my right leg especially on my calves and the pain extends below and abpve teh calves. What I do is i stop, I rubbed the calves a bit and continue walling. I have to do this like 3-4 times in a distance of 3 miles. Whna i stop the pain goes away. I prepare my own food. Please advice.
I had leg pain at night before, and I don’t know why it’s gone. I think it’s due to changing my diet. I quit eating sausages, I think that’s full of sodium. Also I started taking k2 with zinc, magnesium with apple cider capsule at night, and B12 and B6 in the morning.
