You can invest in solar cells with bitcoin. They will pay you in bitcoin. You can do this through Sun Exchange. You get paid monthly, and your annual income is 10% I know it isn't much, but you don't have to fight the inflation demon of dollar devaluation and stock price manipulation as you own the solar cells and lease them out.
When you borrow lot of money from bank with interest that means you need to pay back right. For how many years 5 to 10years more. So question how you going to pay back that money without any job or income. Yes you may say rent it out then pay back the bank. Sounds good right! So you borrow and rent, borrow and rent, from 1 house to 10 house total up to few million you owe bank with interest for 5 to 10 years. Good right! Then crisis come Suddenly like covid 19. Everyone can't afford bill or rental. Then you start to owe back for few millions with interest. Then Good luck everyone.
So you earn 10% on your investment, Subtract 4.5% for inflation due to dollar devaluation. Then you have a 5.5% return. Now subtract another 2% for taxes. Now you have a 3.5.% net return.
Take 72/3.5 and it will take you 20.57 years to double your money.
Same scenario with bitcoin. You earn 10% per year on your investment using bitcoin. Just subtract 2% for taxes and you now have a 8% total return. Take 72/8 and it will take you 9 years to double your money.
Its quite strange how people talk about their profits in Bitcoin and fx while am still finding it difficult in making profit, what's is it that am not getting right in my analysis someone should tell me what am not doing right!!!

If you pay 1 bitcoin out right.. lets say 60k… and it goes to $0 do you no longer have a bitcoin or you just have a bitcoing still but not worth anything…just woundering if its a permanent asset.. just as if you would but a gold coin out right…and gold value is $0 dollars… even though its worth $0 dollars you still have that coin… is it the same
