Conteúdo muito bem estruturado e fácil de entender. A explicação sobre sarcopenia começando pelas pernas faz todo sentido e é algo que quase ninguém fala de forma clara. Gostei especialmente da lógica da ordem correta: minerais → inflamação → circulação.
A combinação de sementes de abóbora, sardinha e beterraba foi explicada de forma simples, mas com base biológica real — nada de promessas mágicas. Esse tipo de abordagem ajuda muito quem tem mais de 50 a entender que fraqueza nas pernas não é “destino”, e sim sinal de falta de combustível certo.

Magnesium rich foods, cod liver oil, hydrolized collagen, lots of warm water with half tspn kosher salt walking daily.
I even add a dash of cayenne pepper to my morning coffee. Yummy. Love sardines and Alaskan wild salmon, eat weekly.
Will have to add more beets to my diet in my daily morning ritual, warm lemon 🍋 water💧 .
Feel like 35 half my age and have no wrinkles either.
Guess I'm the exception.
