    I’ve appealed so many times in the past 6 years that they asked me to start over 2 times this is my 3rd time starting over. I’ve been waiting 10 months & I’ve just received paperwork today

    I got denied at the initial and recon stage, just recently had a ALJ hearing and waiting for a decision. Well decision was actually made a day after…currently being written up…still don’t know the outcome.

    Because I have both do you got diabetes and a problem with my back I have to treat one of them first and I chose to treat my diabetes first now next year I have limited options operation ,don't have the money for it .shots in the back, this only puts a bandage 🩹 in this and could cause me to get sucked to pain pills .the last option is therapy.i had acupuncture didn't do one but of good .this last option requires me to call my healthcare with my doctor on board with this this isn't easy because my healthcares help hired people in another country to do this and there English is vary poor and they keep me waiting so long in line my doctor I have isn't even in so the nurses in board can only do so much and if I see them I have to travel 12 miles away to see them and lately the drugs I am using a couple of my insulin injectors the pharmacy runs out of them i was waiting for a month for one medicine then the doctor wanted me to see them I knew that things would be way off because I didn't get the one insulin and gee I was right it was off they wanted me to go to a hospital I told them u don't give me a replacement for this insulino u expect me to be ok when I don't get it and u know that my results will not be good .it's like they wanted this way vary angry at them and I hope a new office will open up
    In my area so I won't have to travel as fare right now my life sucks 😞

    Yes they denied me on .y first appeal waiting now almost 2 years going on three years now .I have diabetes , tinnitus in both ears.and a back problem I am 64 years old I worked at a w2 job for 28 years I got fired from this because they wanted illegal immigrants to replace me and that's was a union job they were pressuring me for 6 years to get me to quit that's because if I quite I won't be able to get u employment.i then .over to Florida I couldn't get a w2 job so I and my wife f
    Got a ur a job doing door dash we did this for 7 years got into a car crash the other guys fault this is where my neck and back started hurting I can't help my wife do r job because it's hard for me to walk I can't complete my job without her help .I feel helpless and feel I am holding up my wife for doing or getting a job she wants to do we have to live so this is what we have to do for money untill I hear back on my disability case .yes I am going to hang in there untill they decide my case if they say no again I will still fight this untill I can't anymore .it saddens me that illegal immigrants can just step in and get r benefits when I am struggling to get them when I need them I can't Evan get a EBT card we don't have kids but, this is all I can make right now just stuck in a ditch and can't get out .if it weren't for my mom helping us I be living in my car 🚗 and I don't think my wife would be with me I am struggling and the illegal immigrants r using up r resources it makes me want to throw up

    but what I don’t understand is what are people supposed to do without money like I don’t get any more money from EDD so I’m like broke I’m don’t even have money for my bills it’s so scary.
