Idk how much lying and incompetence Fox can get away with and still claim this is news. First off the indictment probably has nothing to do with McCabe. Secondly McCabe never claimed Comey authorized him to leak info at all as pointed out. Comey never claimed it McCabe never claimed it. Just because you all have grievances against the man and don’t like him doesn’t mean he should be indicted. That’s not what our country stands for it’s deeply un-American and reveals those who think that way as cowards who are completely morally corrupt

James Comey won't spend one day in jail…even IF this thing somehow gets to a jury. Halligan's appointment itself might be invalid, thus making the indictment invalid. She never served in the Justice department and hasn't been senate confirmed to any position. Political retribution is a good appeal as well. Of course…if the case gets thrown out or Halligan is dismissed, Trump will just cry about it all being corrupt. Win-win for him. But Comey is under no real threat of incarceration. It's pretty cut and dried. McCabe leaked on his own. Comey found out after the fact. IG confirmed. Even the stuff he gave to Richman (memos of Trump's loyalty demands and Michael Flynn comments) contained no classified information.

Maria got all fouled up. I've heard Andy McCarthy many times and he's knowledgeable and honest. Too many comments here that simply lash out. Trump needs to shut up on stuff like this and let his AG deal with it professionally.
McCarthy is a longtime Never Trumper. While indicating he was appalled at the corruption and abuse of Russiagate and lawfare, he basically never says anyone can or should be held accountable. Admittedly, Comey has the advantage of a very blue jurisdiction and a blue judge. However, the Grand Jury of that blue jurisdiction still rendered an indictment. And they werent just rubber-stampers either, because they rejected one of the three charges. So that must mean they really believe the other two have evidence.
