Add these to tea : cinnamon, cocoa powder, coconut oil (MCT), full fat milk, collagen powder peptides, whey protein powder, turmeric w black pepper, black or green tea.
What incorrect info. She has now earned doctor title so has become qualified. Her healthy food supplements are based on scientific suggestions. Her recommendation to use rebounder (mini trampoline) has been vital to my 90 yr old mother. Thanks so much.
